1. Services

Gloss Beauty by Louise provides professional mobile makeup artistry services on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment. Specific payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Specific terms will be confirmed at booking.

4. Travel

All services are mobile. Travel within the Sunshine Coast region is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

5. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Please inform us of any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment. While we use professional, high-quality products, we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions. A patch test can be arranged upon request.

6. Images & Content

With your permission, we may use photographs of our work for promotional purposes on our website and social media. You may opt out of this at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gloss Beauty by Louise provides services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
