1. Services

Gloss Beauty by Louise provides professional makeup artistry on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland - on-location for your wedding morning and elopements, and at the home studio for bridal previews. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your appointment. Specific payment terms are confirmed in your booking agreement.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Specific terms will be confirmed at booking.

4. Travel

On-location (mobile) service is available for bookings of three or more people - Louise travels to your home, hotel, or venue. Solo brides and elopements are welcome as a dedicated elopement package, and bridal previews take place at the home studio on the Sunshine Coast. Travel fees apply and vary depending on your location; exact fees are confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Please inform us of any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment. While we use professional, high-quality products, we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions. A patch test can be arranged upon request.

6. Images & Content

With your permission, we may use photographs of our work for promotional purposes on our website and social media. You may opt out of this at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gloss Beauty by Louise provides services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
